If a cancellation is received in writing prior to 90 days before the start date of your reserved package, a full refund less 30% will be issued. If a cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to the starting date of your package no refund will be issued. Refunds will also not be issued for leaving early, arriving late or days lost due to any unforeseen events.
We encourage you to buy travel insurance to cover unforeseen events!
If some unforeseen and unforgiving event occurs and you must cancel your reservation - we can assist you with these options:
- You may sell your reservation to someone else.
- Prior to 3 months before the reservation you may move your reservation to another week in the same year or the next based on availability.
Guided ski trips require a minimum of 8 people. Guided hiking packages require a minimum of 3 people. We reserve the right to direct bookings to fill a partially booked trip before booking in a new week. Valkyr Adventures will attempt to fill all partially booked weeks, however if a trip must be cancelled by Valkyr Adventures due to lack of participation, last minute cancellation, or for any other reason out of our control, we will:
- Transfer the reservation to another date of the customers’ choosing in the same year or the next.
- Refund any deposits received.
