Day Hike Options:
Summit Tour
- Participants must be in top physical condition
- Trips will average 5 - 6 km with an elevation change of at least 1000 m
- Faster pace with the objective being to summit one or more peaks - custom designed for each group
- No technical skill or equipment necessary
Alpine Meadow Stroll
- Participants must be fit
- Trips will average 3 km with an elevation change of at least 300 m
- Leisurely pace
- Interpretive look at the flora and fauna of alpine meadows

If hiking in sounds like more than you want to attempt, but still want a vacation in the mountains, we can arrange to fly you and your group in and out by helicopter.
Llamas for Hire (Guided trips only)
If you want to hike but don't want to carry a pack... let our llamas carry some of your gear. Llamas are friendly, gentle, and oh so entertaining! Each llama can carry up to 25 lbs and can be hired to carry your gear to the lodge and for day trips. Prices
Group Organizer Discount
This option is for hiking clubs, large families, teams or professional groups who want to share the discount. If you are a group organizer and can put together a group of 10, your stay is free! The organizer is responsible for all matters concerning trip logistics such as: waivers, finances, contact information of all participants, etc.

If you are an instructor of yoga, photography, astronomy or some other artistic pursuit and would like to base your retreat out of our lodge we would be happy to provide a personalized package tailored to your group's needs.
